Our build with Vantage has been seamless from meeting Nicci, Sales Manager who was so personal and really worked with us including all the changes we made, nothing was too much trouble. Our colour consult with Suriya was awesome, really enjoyed the experience and we left with a beautifully packaged box of samples. Bonus that it was local to our build and didn't have to travel far! Chris our building supervisor is a Top Man he's very experienced, really approachable, great communication. We are so impressed with our build. This is our first time building and we heard horror stories from friends who used large scale builders, and have to say we hit the Jackpot with Vantage everything has been so personal, which means they really do care and that's important to us. Vantage have met every deadline so far which is amazing. Thank you Sherri, Nicci, Suriya & Chris you are an absolute credit to Vantage.

We engaged Vantage to build a duplex for us. The whole process from initial concepts to plans, construction, handover was seamless. Communication thru out the build was very good. Having products & colour consultant in house made everything simple. Had a couple of very minor issues post handover which were attended to straight away. Overall, a very positive experience. Would use & recommend Vantage again if we were to build a similar project.

Vantage Building Group – Great Quality and Value for Money! Having just completed the 3. Vantage home over the last 3 years here at the Sunshine Coast, my family is about to build our 4. Vantage Building Group home. Vantage Building Group has been a dream to build with, offering interesting floor plans, generous inclusions, reasonably priced upgrades, high quality standards and finishes alongside excellent advice and guidance right through the building process. Every visitor coming to one of these houses has commented on the clever layout and the quality work and finishes. Nicci Hourn, the sales manager, is very approachable and highly talented. Nicci does wonders combining your ideas and budget with the requirements of the estate and your particular block. For us, Nicci's recommendations have achieved very satisfying results. The site supervisors (our most recent site supervisors were Ben Underwood and Chris Mosterd) were very friendly, enthusiastic and always ready to go out of their ways to be helpful. As an extra bonus, the team of expert trades people managed to complete each house several weeks ahead of schedule. Vantage Building Group uses an outside assessor for “defect hunting” at the time of practical completion. These “Sherlock Holmes” guys with their magnifying glasses are extremely strict and are marking the smallest of painting imperfections or scratches etc. due for rectification before re-inspection at the time of the house handover. At handover, these assessors have commented to me on the high-quality workmanship of our houses. Apart from a couple of tiny defects, which were readily eliminated, we did not experience any problems with any of the 3 houses. Instead, we were handed wonderful living spaces for family members to move into. Thank you, Vantage Building Group teams – we will be back!

We have used a few builders in the past, but keep coming back to Vantage Homes. The overall build quality and finished product is just so much better. The pre-build process is also better than most other builders we have used. Loads of flexibly within house design and inclusions. If you are unsure just look at other homes after a few years and then compare them to a Vantage Homes. Also never had any issues with the maintenance after the build. Any issues we had in the past were addressed to our satisfaction.

My partner and I just finished building our first home with Vantage and it’s been a great experience from start to finish! We built our home based on the Cotton Tree display home and it’s such an amazing result. We dealt with several wonderful people from Kane in sales, Trudi from the design team, Shawnee in contracts and Graeme our site supervisor. They were always available for any questions and helped us every step of the way. Graeme has an incredible eye for detail and made sure everything was absolutely perfect and up to his and our standards before handover. The standard inclusions are beautiful and we couldn’t be more happy with our new home, would definitely recommend Vantage!
